Lindsay Anne Blake

Lindsey Anne Blake received a Bachelor in Political Science from Idaho State University and attended Law School at the University of Utah. She later returned to school at the University of Idaho where she obtained a second Bachelor Degree in Psychology. While at law school, Ms. Blake garnered a passion for Criminal Law while interning with both the Utah Crime Victim's Rights Clinic and the Rocky Mountain Innocence Project. These internships taught Ms. Blake the huge responsibility which comes with working in the Criminal Justice field. After Law School Ms. Blake tried her hands in the civil law arena working at a small practice in Jackson,Wyoming. Realizing this was not her passion and wanting to make a difference in people's lives, she took a job at the Bannock County Public Defender's Office. While working at the Public Defender's she had the privilege of working with amazing attorneys and judges who had dedicated their careers to public service. After six years Ms. Blake moved to Sublette County to expand her experience from defending to prosecution. She quickly realized there was more to prosecution than she had previously thought. Working closely with law enforcement she gained a better understanding and appreciation for all they do. After Sublette County Ms. Blake moved to Driggs, Idaho and became the Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Teton County. Here she was given more responsibility and learned how to manage teams effectively and efficiently. After Teton County, Ms. Blake took a position with the Salt Lake District Attorney's Office, to continue and expand her experience by working in a bigger office with a significantly larger volume of cases. Ms Blake returned to Fremont County and is currently the Elected Prosecutor where she has the privilege of serving her community. Ms. Blake was the lead prosecutor on the widely publicized cases against Lori Vallow Daybell and her husband Chad Daybell.

Karen Crouse

Karen Crouse is an award-winning writer who has covered as a journalist the greatest sporting events that the world of sports can offer. From the Olympics to the Super Bowl to the World Series and NBA Finals, to collegiate championships, the PGA Tour, the LPGA Tour and international swimming championships, Karen has delighted readers with a unique style and perspective that has been the envy of her peers. Her persistent questions of officials in the sporting world about women’s rights and gender equality have paid great dividends for female athletes everywhere. Her leadership was largely responsible for persuading officials at Augusta National Golf Club, during her long tenure as the New York Times’ Golf Writer, to welcome women as members at Augusta National. She worked a similar “open your doors to female members” influence at the Royal & Ancient Golf Club. Karen’s writings have frequently appeared in various annual editions of the year’s best sports writing, and she is the author of the popular and critically acclaimed book, “Norwich,” about a small Vermont town’s secret to raising a disproportionate number of Olympians, who are also healthy, happy and productive people. Before launching a career at eight daily newspapers from coast-to-coast, and serving as the Times’ Chief International Sports Correspondent, Karen earned a varsity letter in swimming at her alma mater, the University of Southern California.
